  • Customized Itinerary: Every detail thoughtfully designed.
  • Seamless Booking Support: Luxury accommodations, activities, and transportation.
  • Ongoing Support: 24/7 availability while you travel.

Planning Fees

  • Complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your travel vision and determine your planning needs.

  • $500 USD for a minimum of 5 hours of trip planning.

  • Additional hours are $100 USD each.

  • Frequent travelers can opt for a retainer of $1,800 USD, covering 20 planning hours.


What’s Included in the Research and Planning:

Your personalized itinerary will be carefully curated to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience. This may include:

  • Private transfers from your home to the airport and back.

  • First-class flights with direct or non-stop routes whenever possible (private jet options available).

  • 5-star luxury accommodations, including boutique hotels or private villa stays if preferred.

  • Dinner reservations at fine dining and Michelin-starred establishments, where available.

  • Daily curated experiences, such as private tours, museum visits, cultural classes, or other exclusive activities aligned with your interests.

Itinerary Adjustments:

  • The first two itinerary changes are complimentary.

  • Additional changes are $50 USD each, up to three changes.

  • Further adjustments will require a new $500 USD planning fee and will be treated as a new itinerary.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. These are starting rates based on trip complexity, and rates may change without notice.
